I purchased a new Milan from Kenny Mallett last year. From the first time I came in your doors I felt very welcomed. I had just come from anoth Ford Lincoln Mercury Dealership where I had a very bad experience, after I talked with three different people and no one offered to shake hands, introduce themselves or offer me anything to drink. I came in your doors and all 3 things happened very quickly. I even talked to Mr. King in the lobby, not knowing who he was. He also offered to get me a Coke if I wanted one. He impressed me with his dealership.
Kenny was my service writer at the other Lincoln Mercury Dealer so I knew him slightly when I arrived. He made me feel very welcomed, answered all my questions and helped me every way he could. My compliments to Kenny. If I buy another car it will be with Kenny at Energy Country.
Today I had to bring my car in for a little body work. I met Ann Yates in the body shop. She is a very out-going personality and very knowledgable in her job. I appreciated the way she took care of my problem and made me feel very comfortable. Call her wonderful.
I have met several other members of your organization and have yet to meet one that does not make me feel very welcomed. You have a great dealership and I will most certainly recommend you to others.
